At CHOP, one of the world's largest pediatric hospitals, I led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in the cardiac ICU and cardiac anesthesiology departments.

  • Redesigned daily rounds in the cardiac ICU by collaborating with medical providers and patient caregivers. Incorporated feedback to improve efficiency, ensuring meetings ran on time and gave physicians more time for patient care. 

  • Planned and launched the department's first Cardiac ICU Bootcamp, partnering with cardiac intensivists and medical schools in Philadelphia to create an immersive training experience for medical students.
